Premier Realty Group, Inc. was formed in 1996.  Premier Realty Group (PRG) is a Lake County based brokerage firm located in the Vernon Hills area.  The firm specializes in the marketing of commercial properties, vacant land and upscale residential developments.

Jeffrey A. Ohm founded PRG.  Mr. Ohm has been a licensed real estate agent since 1987.  Before 1987, Mr. Ohms’ background was in the financial planning and accounting field with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.  Prior to PRG, Mr. Ohm was a partner in a mid-sized residential firm located in Libertyville, Illinois and subsequently involved with a commercial real estate firm located in Gurnee, Illinois.

 

PRG concentrates its activities in two primary areas. The first area of concentration is the marketing of commercial properties in Lake County, Illinois. PRG has established relationships with a portfolio of clients ranging from the corporate world to many of the long-time landowners of the region.  The philosophy of PRG has always been to provide a sincere, high quality service at a reasonable fee.  PRG understands the importance of its local relationships with many of the local village boards and staff.  Further, they understand the concerns of the sellers while remaining sensitive to the issues and concerns of the area developers.

 

The second area of concentration has been involvement with the development and marketing of the finest residential developments in Lake County.  PRG has the primary marketing agent for sales in the following subdivisions:

PRG has added over the past several years a number of high quality individuals to its staff.  Currently, PRG has five licensed real estate professionals.  David Ohm has been with PRG for nearly four years and has expertise in both the land development business along with the upscale, single family home sales in the central Lake County area.  Brian Pederson has a long history of success within the sales community and recently joined PRG and is specializing in new construction sales.  The office is run by a seasoned veteran, Joanie Kohlstedt.
